公屋大變身！一間近40年樓齡的屯門400呎租置公屋，屋主在家人遷出後，決定花46萬元大裝修變成兩小口的安樂窩，透過全白簡約用色，改善原本昏暗壓迫問題，也保留彈性隨時可以一房變兩房。

屋主今次裝修的公屋單位位於屯門山景邨，面積400呎，是家人在25年前買入，當時一家六口同住，因此分間了4間細房，讓大家各有空間，不過家人先後遷出，也讓屋主能與女友同居。然而因居住多年，單位裝潢不但殘舊，加上漏水問題嚴重，牆身天花鋼筋外露，因此屋主決定全屋大裝修。

由於單位樓底偏矮，採光不足令屋內日間陰暗，故採用法式簡約設計，有助整體空間變得乾淨寬敞。至於原本昏暗狹窄的玄關位，設有加上射燈及LED燈的C字櫃，除增加收納位，也令入屋後更有窩心溫暖感覺。

至於浴室方面，裝修後選用乾濕分離設計，裝設浴缸滿足屋主浸浴需求，並加設玻璃浴屏方便淋浴。由於浴室牆身較厚，設計師透過2招善用空間：
- 偷牆身變置物位：可取代一般置物架，用作擺放洗澡用品。
- 拱形裝飾牆：屋主在網上看到一些裝飾牆十分喜歡，加上平時會旅行收集紀念品，也會不時拍照留念，故利用浴室牆身厚的特點，在牆身靠廳一面，改造成拱形裝飾牆，更配合法式風格，增加生活情趣。
另外，裝修前廚房面積較細，焗爐及雪櫃等大型家電都要放在客廳，今次裝修將梗廚改為開放式，設於靠窗位置，雪櫃側及焗爐側的櫃都特別配上拉籃櫃，方便擺放調味品。至於廚房本身外露的通風喉，亦透過廚櫃包裹修飾，令廚房整體更簡約。

約400呎單位曾經間出4間房，裝修之後變成一房，一邊為睡床，另一邊是衣帽間連工作區。對於屋主未來或有多一間房的需求，設計師也想得非常周到，梳化後的鋼琴位置，隨時可以櫃間房，由一房變回兩房。

單位裝修工程由「好師傅」負責，全屋裝修連訂造傢俬花費46.7萬元，細項如下：
- 清拆工程 $3萬
- 水電工程 約$7.4萬
- 泥水工程 約$9.5萬
- 木工工程 $18.1萬
- 油漆 $2.8萬
- 其他 $5.9萬
